Beyond beautiful food, our capable staff can coordinate a wide range of services to add just the right finishing touches to your event. It is best to allow at least one week for us to coordinate these details and make any adjustments before we obtain your final approval. Remember, one call does it all.
- Chefs, Servers and Bartenders - Allow our team of trained chefs, servers and bartenders to take the worry and stress out of your event so you can enjoy visiting with your guests. Generally, chefs wear a chef's coat and dark slacks. Servers and bartenders dress in black slacks with white shirts unless your party has a theme requiring different attire. The number of staff required will vary with the size of the group and the duties you wish them to handle.
There is a four hour minimum for each:
Chefs - $50 / hour plus gratuity
Servers and Bartenders - $40 / hour plus gratuity
- Rentals - Hundreds of items from tables to tents are available for you to rent. We can help you determine what items you may need and coordinate all the details. Rentals are delivered the last business day before your event and picked up the next business day. If you would like to learn more go to www.aarcee.com.
- Ice Sculptures - A full range of custom ice sculptures can be created for your event. If you need an eye catching food station, an ice bar, your logo or some other idea sculpted in ice, we can make it happen. Prices start at $200.
- Floral - We are happy to coordinate the details and work within your budget to create just the right floral for your event. Delivery is made directly from the florist to your desired location within the Twin Cities or surrounding metropolitan area.
- Music - If you need any kind of music to set the stage for your event, we can coordinate the details for DJ's, soloists, duets, trios, quartets and more.
