Simple To Grand provides catering assistance seven days a week except on major holidays.

Saturday and Sunday  8 am - 4 pm

If you are interested in ordering any of the cuisine featured on our web site, or if you have a particular menu item you would like to have prepared, our staff at Simple To Grand is ready to assist you.

Ordering Information

• Review our menu to have an idea of what you'd like to serve.
• Call our catering office at 952-897-9800 to place your order at least 48 hours in advance. This allows for proper processing and preparation. The absolute deadline for orders or changes is by 10:30am the day preceding the order.  During the holiday season, we recommend that you plan well in advance to ensure that we will be able to accommodate your event date and time.
• For larger events, please allow at least seven days notice since more time is need if your menu is customized (not on the menu) or includes rentals, servers, floral, etc.
• Our experienced staff is ready to assist in determining quantities and answering questions about your menu or event.
• If you choose to meet with one of our catering associates, we request that appointments be made in advance to assure staff availability at a time that is convenient for you. Our office is located in the St. Louis Park Byerly's on Park Center Boulevard.
• Sorry, orders cannot be placed on-line.
• Estimates and pricing will only be valid for 90 days from the date of the estimate.

Delivery and Payment Information

• Delivery service is available seven days a week in the Twin Cities metropolitan area except on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Delivery times are assigned when your order is placed. Late orders might require flexibility with delivery times.
• The cost for delivery in the Twin Cities area is $30.
• Our drivers have a 30 minute window on either side of the time you select during the holidays to allow for traffic conditions. We suggest you plan to have your food arrive with enough time to allow for set up once the driver has brought all items to you.
• Payment can be put on a major credit card at the time you place an order.
• If you prefer to pay COD, please have a check ready when the driver arrives; however, payment is required at least 72 hours in advance for orders over $500.  Please mail your check to us at: 3777 Park Center Blvd, St. Louis Park MN 55416.

Pickup Orders and Payment Information

If your prefer to pickup your order at the store, any item on our website can be prepared at the following locations, ready for pickup from the deli or bakery as appropriate. Payment is made at the register after picking up your items.

Revisions / Cancellations

· Most orders can be revised up to 24 hours in advance. To be safe, we suggest at least 48 hours.
· Cancellations require 24 hours in advance, no later than 10:30 am the day prior to your order.
